It would be the person who drinks the milk.

Whole milk 1 cup (is not that much) has about 200 calories, where coffee has about 5.
2 % is a little better around 150 calories and 1% milk has around 100 calories. But remember this is a cup.

So say you had a big glass of milk about 2 cups and the biscuit your meal calories would be around 700 calories. Where is 2 cups of coffee with that biscuit will be around 330 calories.

Eating breakfast is good it helps boost your metabolism for the whole day...I think if you rather have the milk just go for 1% or skim with your biscuit. Personally I love coffee!!!

Coffee has empty calories whereas milk has calcium and vitamin D so the temptation for a midmorning snack wouldn't be quite as tempting. So it would be the coffee and the biscuit.

Milk is more fattening then coffee, unless it's fat free. But it's the biscuit you really gotta be worried about. Eat fruit or cold cereal instead!

Neither one. One biscuit and one cup of coffee OR milk will be totally burned off by lunchtime.
