Well, to make matters worse. There was Adam & Eve. They had Cain, Abel & Seth. Cain slew Abel. Now there's just Adam, Cain, Seth and Eve! So where did all the other people come from? Eve was doing it with her sons??

Wrong! it's God the Father right His son Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost. Not all 1 person, but 3 seperate personages. So, no you don't have much of anything right.

No.
God is God alone yet is Trinity. Jesus is 100% Jesus yet 100% God. The Holy Spirit is 100% Holy Ghost yet 100% God.
So neither God or the unborn Jesus impregnated Mary. It was God the Holy Spirit. Exactly as the Bible states it.

The holy ghost is not the Father and the Son, the holy ghost is a spirit from God, part of Him. Jesus is the son of God, so just like you're part of your parents, Jesus was part of Mary and part of God. So the holy ghost and Jesus are from God, God is not from them. Like you, you came from your parents, your parents did not come from you. So it goes like this: There is only one God. He had a son, Jesus Christ. God uses the holy ghost to communicate with us, but it is not a separate entity.

God takes the simple things to confound the wise.
Some things have to be taken on faith.
God, the Father (Father being a title), God the Son (son is again a title) and God the Holy Spirit (Holy Spirit a title) are like you being a father, your mother's son, and your self. Easy to understand that much.
God made himself flesh to dwell among us and give His all for us. That, we have to take on faith because it's physically impossible. It's called a God thing. It's a miracle. And it's for real.

It is not a syllogistic relationship. The Father and the Son along with the Holy Spirit are one in that they are God, but Father <> Son <> Holy Spirit. Think of St.Patrick's analogy of the shamrock. Though the three leaves are distinct from one another, they are all one shamrock.

Water ( H2O or HOH ) can exist in 3 forms at one time ( Solid, liquid, and gas.) Does that make any one part any less "water". Yet all 3 parts can be seperate and still be water, have their own entities, take up their own space and perform different functions. Can God do any less?
Hmmmmm,,,, maybe some of the difficult answers are closer than you think. Arrogance is never an excuse for ignorance.
