How do I 'get a life'?

Question

I'm not living impaired, therefore presume I already have a life, but several people have told me to get one, do they sell them in the shops or anything? I've not seen them advertised anywhere, I've even tried EBay! :P

(Please note, this is NOT a serious question, that's why I posted it in the jokes and riddle category, thank you).

It's very odd that the people who usually tell you to get a life are those who wouldn't much care if you didn't.

I think I would ask a cat if she had one she didn't need.

Can one collect lives? After all some people lead double lives. Then there are the colourful ones which one is not entirely sure would be one's cup of tea. There are shared ones - odd because if you share your life with someone, they usually already have one.

Maybe there's a market for lives. Come to think of it, haven't I seen shops called Standard Life and Equitable Life and Scottish Life? I think I'd prefer a Country Life.

Just plain Life from the newsagents sounds a little boring, now.

People say "get a life" to make fun of you. It means that you spend all of your time doing something and don't do anything else. It's not something you can buy. You do already have a life. They probably mean you don't have a social life.

It's quite easy really...... What you do is find as many back episodes of Dallas as you can {at least six} you then sit down and watch them back-to-back. Whilst watching you must consume at least 3 bags of crisps and 3 bottles of pepsi.
You'll probably fall asleep......when you wake up you'll have a life.

If you go out in the wood's someday, you might get a big surprise. Life's growing wildly everywhere. Just like mushrooms. Be careful which one you pick, coz thats the real surprise. Hehe, just be. :)

Do you live for you hobby?
Perhaps taking courses will help..France course, or Spanish course, cooking classes..

Have you tried Amazon? did you look at the US ebay? I find it's more often than not, US people saying it, perhaps you can only get them in America.

"Get a life" means "stop doing what you like doing, and start doing what I like doing"

or "start doing what I want people to think I like doing but have never tried and haven't the balls to anyway but please don't tell I'm scared MUUUUUUUUUMMMM".

People say 'get a life' to you when you do something that they don't approve of. They are only trying to get you to join them in doing whatever they do.

Wow... ebay doesn't have it? I am surprise, since they say they hav IT. Oh well... I guess you can try you luck in Walmart, maybe you can get one on sale or refurbished.
