u have to do some tasks or exercises. i am an english teacher so u can count on my advice.try reading english newspaper. i f u r good at reading skills u can automatically get good in writing. just read whatever u can with CONCENTRATION.listening is a natural skill u can master it easily just try looking for reinforcements like environmental clues (the speakers action). The most important thing u have to consider is the style or the tone i.e. INFORMAL OR FORMAL. to master it u have to do activities such as role reversal, picture games and other things.

Hello! You can improve your writing by finding English text in books and magazines, and using it to practice your writing. As we say in English, "Practice makes perfect."
If you have a shortwave radio and it is legal to do so, listen to shortwave broadcasts in English. There are many available from such broadcasters as BBC, Voice of America, Deutsche Welle, Radio Nederlandse, etc.
Your English looks very good now; it is certainly better than my Farsi! ;)

By reading good English books and conversing in English(not American).

Try using it as much as u can in every day life. And talkand write to as many peopel as you can other than that keep practicing

I don't understand what you mean by "improve my listening" what does that even mean?
