melt 1 table spoon butter WITH some drops of oil
(so the butter does not burn) in skillet, bake salmon four to five
minutes on each side, THAN add some lemon juice and cover for
2 minutes. Salt and pepper last, pour liquid over fish.
Also verrry easy.
Preheat oven, place fish in baking dish, sprinkle with lemon juice,
cover with sour cream, bake for 5-8 minutes.
to serve, sprinkle with green onions.

Drizzle lemon juice, pepper, maybe some thyme and salt. Just bake skin side down in oven for about 5-8 minutes and its done. Make a nice rice pilaf to go with it. whatever you cook, make the salmon the last thing to cook.

The last time I had salmon steaks, I realized I didn't have any lemos, so I marinated them in fresh grapefruit juice for about 10 mintes then put them in the oven for about 10 minutes, and it was perfect. I've never used lemon again - the grapefruit juice was awesome!

brush w/ teriyaki sauce or balsamic vinegar, add S&P. Brush grill or skillet w/ olive oil, then sear on med-high temp on both sides. Don't fidget w/ it; leave it along until you're ready to turn it (edges will curl a bit; you can peek under, but don't move it.) Serve w/ a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime and a bit of melted butter brushed on top (or a pat of butter on top that will mellt).
