your hair is being damaged. this can be caused by dying hair or other chemical treatments (perms, etc), using hot irons, hair dryer too close to your head... use a daily deep conditioner on your hair, especially the ends and some treatments for dry/damaged hair (like hot oil). also, switch up your shampoo/conditioner - salon brands are best but for the store versions i would go with the dove brand or pantene. and get regular trims with your hair.

People get split ends on their hair. due to damage at the tip of the hair. or over process, the hair with chemical substances. Try to keep your ends clipped and give her hair deep conditioners. it help restore split ends and keeps down on split ends.

condition regularly. get a haircut regularly...every 3-4 weeks. when u color hair, if ur doing it yourself...color new growth only 1st, then pull through the rest of ur hair the last 8-10 min.

You get split ends from damaging your hair, such as coloring, blow drying, straightening and such.

This is something I made up. Because our nails are so sharp when we shampoo we decapitate the heads of hairs.

you just need a trim and some treatment, DO NOT cut them off yourself
