In the US you probably can't get in the clubs. If you are trolling for sex then you are Jail bait until you are 18. Find guys your own age, there are a lot of youth groups for gays. Not sure where "gay town" is, but it you are going to the gay area of town for shopping etc. yeah it's OK to go there.

only if you know that when your going to these places they are gay and if you not then you should make it known and don't get offended when someone approaches you.

if you are that way inclined then yes it is... as it isn't as if shetrosexual guys don't go to clubs and pubs till they are 18 is it? get out there and enjoy your self aslong as you look 18 then you'll be fine
