There is a product called 'Oven Fry' in the same section as 'Shake n' Bake'. 'Oven Fry' makes the pork chops tasty and only takes 20 minutes in the oven.
Another way that I get raves for is: Put pork chops in heated frying pan with a small amount of olive oil. On medium-high heat, brown on one side for 5 minutes, then turn over for another 5 minutes.
After the time is up, pour some Balsamic vinegar on top of chops (about 1/4 cup) and cover. Lower heat to simmer and let cook for 3 minutes.
Make certain pork chops are done and not pink near middle or bone. But for the oven, try 'Oven Fry for Pork Chops', it's good!

Well do you want baked or what some say is broiled. The more tender the better if you ask me. The more flavor the better!
Bake: Season the meat to your likings and place them on a cookie sheet til golden brown. Usually about 30 min. then place them in a cake pan with choice of gravy for another45 min. Nice juicy, tender and tasty!
Broil; (so to speak) my family loves this! I season the meat then place in a cake pan and fill till fully covered with water. Place them in the oven for two hours. (When one hour is up be sure to turn them over) Take out and serve. * If you enjoy onions carrots potatoes etc. cut them up and the last 30 min. place them in the pan. *I also substitute broth instead of water at times or half and half if you are not big on broth flavoring. I hope you try this! ENJOY!

What I do is season them with garlic powder, fresh ground black pepper, and some Mrs. Dash. I avoid salt or anything salty because it dries them out. Then I bake them in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or depending on how big they are. Now if they are stuffed, then they have to cook a lot longer.

Dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, coat with bread crumbs.
Fry in skillet with olive oil until crispy brown on both sides.
Transfer to glass baking dish, cover with foil and bake at 350 for 60-75 minutes. Remove from over and pour mixture of cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup milk, and 1/3 cup white wine over chops. Cover with foil and bake an additional hour.
They come out fork tender and crisp and are delicious.

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees...season your chop with salt, pepper, maybe a lil Lawreys season salt....a lil garlic powder. be sure to do this on both sides of the pork chops. place in a baking dish and cook for about 45-60. here is another way to make it very tasty. When the chops are slightly brown, take a can or two (depending on how many chops you have) of cream of mushroom soup, I usually heat the soup a little, pour it over the chops. let it cook for another 20-30 min. ummmm ummmm good!

Unfrozen chops: salt and pepper and garlic on outside. Smear with butter on both sides, and put a slice of oinion on both sides, wrap in tin foil; bake 45 minutes at 350.
You may also want to stuff the chops first: slice open the side away from the bone, stuff with onion, garlic, perppers, and anything else (croutons), then do as above.

If you have a BBQ they taste yummy BBQed! You should marinate your meat at least 1/2 hour before you cook it. I always just use balsamic vinegar (about 6 shakes) and olive oil (about 1/4 cup) with all the spices I like and garlic. On the BBQ it would take about 10 minutes per side. On the last flip we like to add a little BBQ sauce. Bullseye is our taste of choice lately.

Shake and Bake? Nah, baking can make them taste dry, unless you find a great recipe. You can cook em in the crock pot. Sprinkle a packet of that onion-mushroom soup on & cover w/ water, 6-8 hours on low. You can throw veggies in - onions, carrots, or potatoes.
