Drink a lot of water and tough it out is all I can say at this point.

What's worked for me in the past to prevent or lessen hangovers is this: when you're done drinking for the evening, and are getting ready to go to sleep, take two aspirin and drink at least a quart of water. Maybe that will help next time.

Nothing but turning the lights off in your office and closing your eyes will help now... in the future when you get home from the club drink water.... lots of water before you go to sleep take 3 aspirin and fill up a huge cup of water before you lay down. keep the water beside your bed and periodically drink it throughout the night. you should feel fine for the morning meeting the next day.

Next time don't drink any sweet tasting drinks. The sugar will cause a headache. If you can't get any aspirin drink water or Gatorade so you can get the left over alcohol out of your system and eat something.

Surely theres a first aid box somewhere if you are at work - for aspirin I mean. If not drink lots of water to rehydrate and replace lost salts.

Good luck, hope you make it thru the day !!

Buy Gatorade or any sports drink. Don't drink coffee - it actually makes the hangover worse. The main cause of a hangover is dehydration and coffee, as a diuretic, dehydrates you more. If you can't buy a Gatorade (or V-8), drink plenty of water.

Rehydrate with Gatorade or other sports drink to replace your electrolytes. Drink water, rest, take a pain reliever. A good preventative tip for next time is to drink a lot of water or gatorade before bed plus a pain reliever, then you won't wake up so hung over. Good luck! Feel better!

Drink lots of water, but drink it slowly (that will help your head). A cup of coffee may help a little as well, but could upset your stomach. Start with black tea and if that goes ok, kick it up to coffee. Get some food in your system as that will help too. I prefer the greasy route for hangovers (eggs, bacon) but one of my friends swears by eating yogurt to feel better. Whatever sounds good to you!

Best thing you can do is to drink plenty of water. Alcohol will dehydrate you, which is why you get those splitting headaches with your hangover.

Do NOT take Tylenol or anything with acetameniphen (sp.?) in it, because it can cause serious liver damage.

If you're stuck at work and can't get gatorade and a bagel (my personal hangover remedy) then just water and time will do.

Drink lots of water. Next time, drink in excess only if you don't have to work the next day.
