also you can place the finger in a icecool water for some time.

and as suggested eairlier. use gloves the next time.

My friend you may have to ride that one out. Next time use gloves with you cut up chili padi and other spicy items.

You just wait till it stops....Just be thankful you didn't do what I did...I was chopping a haberno pepper and had to use the urinal...I didn't even think about it, until I started to burn ( pain that you can't imagine) just a few minutes later. ( I will never do that again)

Buy a box of surgical gloves and wear them. You can use them when chopping onion or garlic.
