You can't easily get over someone you care for. You just have to get through each day. I know that sounds like the same thing most people would tell you but that is just the way it is. If someone dies, you can't just say , "Ok, he is gone." Then go on with everything that same day. It takes time. Death, divorce, and even break-ups, take time to get over. Sometime you even have to go through all the steps of grief. The longer you were together, the harder you could find it.

why do you want to get over him if you still love him. there's no way you can control love try an make him aware of what you're going through cos its not easy to let go if it can't work then find your self another person or make yourself so busy. put away everything that that reminds you of him and start a new life. all the best

My boyfriend of 4 years ended our relationship abruptly and cruelly. I saw a naturopathic doctor and she gave me a homeopathic remedy (similar to Bach Flower Remedy) called Bleeding Heart. get together with a group of friend and start going out and meeting other guys and people. you will find someone esl who will take you as you are..it does take awhile as it will be hard for the next while..get busy with other things..and as time goes on your will forget him
