No its not unhealthy. Anything you could get from drinking it you will already get from doing the bj. DO NOT drink it if YOU dont want to. He doesn't get to insist anything. DO NOT do it if YOU dont want to.

You cannot get pregnant from swallowing. But yes you can get diseases from it, just as you can from any form of sex. Its not unhealthy- its a good source of protein and good for your teeth as well. .. but depending on how his lifestyle is, it might taste like crap and you'll want to spit it out anyway.
