Yes,
COD, Cash (yeah.. send it in the mail.. it's safe - don't worry), Money Order, Debit Card (that many times acts as a visa card!), on account, chickens, cats - no wait.. you have to pay them to take your cats.
YES COD is still around. I use it a few times a year with firms that will not do visa/mc over the phone and when it takes forever to set up an account.

Yes. Like those CD clubs or book clubs. You just sign the form, they advance you some stuff. Then you pay by check or money order.

COD? You can't be serious. Hasn't it been decades since anybody accepted payment like this? This would essentially mean paying the UPS guy or the mail man.
Unless you're talking about pizza, COD is not an option.

Yes, you can use C.O.D. (cash on delivery) checks by phone, you can order books and collectibles, but most will not ship until they get the $$$. Depends on what you want. You can order almost anything....getting it is another chapter alltogether.

You can also use a debit card on most things. Also, if its a VISA then your purchases are protected. YAY!
