how can i get the marijuana effect but without mariguana, or illegal stuff??

you can't....that's why it is called the marijuana effect....the effect is from THC (tetrahydra cannibinal), so to get the effect, you'd need THC and that, my friend, is illegal....just smoke on, man, those tests at the parole officer's office are a joke...

sex also causes dopamine to be released into the synapses of the brain causing a uphoric effect. If you can't have sex then a good workout or booze will do. Did you know that cheese has a chemical in it simliar to opium? That is why people love cheese so much.

Try becoming a runner. Running causes many of the same effects in the brain.
