I LOVE cheese!!!!! Especially cream cheese (does that qualify???), I literally eat it in chunks without crackers or bagels or anything. But it really depends, I love gruyere as just a sliced cheese with wine or in a grilled ham and cheese. Whereas blue cheese or feta are my top favs for salads. Then there's sandwich cheese like munster, havarti and swiss...yum! My favorite melting cheese (pizza, lasagna, eggplant parmesan, etc) is of course mozzarella although fresh little balls of it with roasted red peppers and a balsamic vinegrette is really good too. I love baked brie/camanbert or smoked gouda with walnuts and apples as well. And how can you go wrong with grated parmesan in anything from a salad to a cassarole.

I love sharp cheese, anything with a bite. Sharp cheddar yum. Also, pecorino romano for cooking (only the authentic imported stuff is real pecorino). I use it INSTEAD of reggiano. It is a little cheaper and just as good in my book. And I just had a grilled cheese on white with real butter and 2 slices of velveeta. YUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!

I LOVE cheese! Especially the block or cubed sharp cheddar cheese. I've eaten an entire block by myself!!! YUMMY!!!

Is it bad that I can eat Sharp Cheddar by the slice...as in buy a block and cut it into slices and eat it (I actually ate half a block in one sitting....) Anyway I like cheese, particularly Sharp or Extra Sharp Cheddar.

I like almost all kinds of cheese except stilton(its a little too ripe for me)
brie, camembert, gruyere, graterkass, goat cheese, roquefort, mozzerrella, i could go on and on and on.
