i don't know anthing about wine. but you can probably go to ask.com and ask about wine suggestions and prices, and what goes good with it. Good man!!! spoil her ONLY if she returns the love. Don't do all the giving. It's a two way street!

You and your girlfriend need to go to a winery. Usually they have taste tests for you to find the wine that you both like. Do that and get the one she likes the best. Also, take her on a shopping spree, we always like that! Or you could get her some jewelry, that always works too.
