the biggest penis ever is 13 inches, and the smallest was 1/2", the average erect is 5 inches though i believe, and 3 1/2 when flacid, i could be wrong.

im guessing it can hit prolly as small as two inches if your unlucky enough..... and as far as how big...... i wouldnt say anymore than 18 inches..... could be wrong though.
