there's really no reliable way to tell with mixed breed dogs. with peekapoos, it usually depends on how big the poodle-parent is. if it's a standard poodle, it can be quite large....most that i've seen are usually between 10-16 inches at the shoulder, full grown...and my mother has been a dog groomer since 1967, so i've spent all of my nearly 31 years around all kinds of breeds...including peekapoos.

I have one that is 10 lbs. She is the most beautiful little girl in the world. Please be aware that most of these types of mixed "a-poo" type breed dogs, come from puppy mills which are the most vile places on earth. People that breed these dogs for the most part are doing so strictly for the money and not for the love of the dog. Our pup was rescued when they raided a puppy mill and while we love our baby, she is riddled with health problems which have included an umbilical hernia and 2 sets of teeth. She also is a barker as well as she eats her own business. We love her so much but like to try to educate people when they are thinking about purchasing any kind of "a-poo" puppy. Try visiting a shelter - there are so many lovely animals up for adoption. They make need some work, but in the long run, it is totally worth it.
