i'm a teenager girl and very shy to talk with everyone around me except my friends

You can't "make" anyone do anything! However, the best way to get around shyness is to ask a questions and listen well. (Shy people tend to be good listeners.) Someone's wearing a cool watch? Where is it from? How do you like Mrs Smith the math teacher? What was the last movie you saw? How did you like it?
Also, the best way to chat up guys is to ask them for help. I'm not sure which of these CDs to buy, which do you suggest? Guys love to help girls!

Okay get over the shy stuff fast and act half way of a grown up and talk to them. Life goes by to fast, make it know that you like him. Grab his phone and put your number on it and tell him since you placed your number on his phone, that there is no need to not call you. Take the first step. And your friends will think that your cool because your brave to go up to a person and take control.

you can't make someone talk to you. You can try to make them interested in wanting to talk to you. Just try to find a subject that appeals to the other person. Get to know something about that person and then strike up a conversation about something he/she is interested in. Once you initiate the conversation it should be easy from there. If the other person is talking about a subject of interest they will help you carry on the conversation. Good luck to you, I was very shy at your age also. It is very hard to overcome.

Why would a girl have a male avatar? that pretty weird. Anyway, you can't make anyone talk to you, or like you. Can the ugly nerdy guy down the street MAKE you like him? Ghee Whiz. Kids today think they should have everything they want. Sorry honey...sometimes the answer is NO. Chase after someone you don;t have to force.
