And yet some of the most perverse crap makes it way through. How do you figure that works? Would you not agree the system is arbitrary and therefore not fair and/or efficient? Just a thought...I really don't care about it one way or another, but it struck me as feeble.

customer care seems more reactive than proactive about removing offensive questions. if there's a complaint or a reported abuse, it seems they shoot first and then ask questions later. arbitrary? yes.

granted the use of this site has exploded recently, but i'd hope that yahoo has assigned more than just one guy sitting in a cubicle ("no. no. no! what's in your wallet?") to take care of all the duties. what a thankless job.

Why do they censor some curses and not others? Why do they let people rat other people out with the Report Abuse button? Nothing on this website makes sense.

They have guidelines and if the question doesn't meet the machines ideas it gets chucked. The machine can be fooled.
