When I was 16, my 'friend' set me up on a blind date but she was there with her date so I wasn't alone, like one of the double date things. He was a mess. Very tall, very big, greasy hair, thick @$$ glasses, didn't dress for the occasion.. I was mortified. But, I tried to get along the best I could and tried to be nice and look past all that. All night he was right up on me like I was his chick. I was getting annoyed. I kept a ketchup packet from the restaurant we went to. Well, i went screaming down the street to get away from him and fake a fall with the ketchup packet. and smeared it on my face to make the fall look like i was bleeding and ran to the nearest shop and called my dad to come get me.
Yea... that was pretty. but what can ya do. I when I am in a tight spot I will do anything to get out of it.

The worst was a blind date with a girl that drank and swore like a sailor . It only lasted about 30 minutes . ( I wasn't feeling well and left ) I threatened to kill the person that set it up . She said she honestly didn't know she would be like that .At work she was totally different . Maybe I bring out the worst in people .

The worst date I have ever been on was the first date with my husband. I was 16. We met and then talked on the phone for a week (every day) until our first date. He was charming, kind and funny. We triple dated for our first date. Him and two of his friends and me and two of my friends. We went to a drive in theatre. Well, my one girlfriend had a boyfriend (who was away in the military) but just went along as friends. My date and his friends were making such rude comments to her (they wanted her to cozy up to him) that she went into the bathroom at the movies and wouldn't come out. I stayed in there with her. Finally, after about an hour they sent our other "friend" in to tell us to come out and they would take us home. We did. When I got home I told my family he was a jerk and I would never see him again. Two years and many apologies later we were married and have been for 34 years. Turns out he was a nice guy after all.

Guy told me he'd like me better if I were Jewish (so, trawl for girls on JDate, then!), spent the whole date jawing on and on about how and why his entire family disowned him (I would have disowned him too!), ordered a bunch of stuff and then stuck me with the check. Plus, he'd said he was a nonsmoker, then spent the entire dinner blowing smoke rings at me.
I thought about getting up and leaving while he was in the bathroom, but I was morbidly fascinated and wanted to see just how bad things would get. It was like performance art.
