Okay. The first thing to do would be get her a check up at the vet to rule out any physical problems. Some things that go wrong can cause an odor. Also have her anal glands checked. Teeth also. When bating, you are using a dog shampoo and making sure she is dried well? Skin conditions can also make her smell bad....and a word of caution...too many baths can trigger skin problems. Take it easy with the chemicals. Your dog will ingest anything you put on her. Last make sure you are feeding a premium quality food. Poor quality foods will also cause a stinky dog. Poor quality foods contain corn and wheat products which can trigger skin problems. Poor quality foods also contain by products (have a slab of cancerous tissue) Some of the best brands include: California Natural, Solid Gold, Innova and Merrick. Good luck.

If it's not any of the above, you ONLY need to wash your dog monthly in winter (or colder months) and fortnightly in summer (warmer months), or if you wash too often your dog will get dandruff and get very itchy. Firstly, wash your dog with a GOOD shampoo, towel dry or blow dry etc. 24 hours later (or when she is fully dry), brush her EVERY DAY (it's a must). This is the best solution for a stinky free dog (unless the smell is caused by something else).

THIS WORKED WONDERS FOR ME:
My two dogs were soon to be found stinky too after their baths. I ended up buying a high quality dog food. (Lamb/Rice mix)
http://www.propacpetfood.com/
After eating it for a week or so my dogs' doggie smells went away, even without bathing either one of them. I was shocked. I was feeding them your average food you can get at the supermarket. Funny thing is that even though this stuff costs more, I really not spending any extra money. For some reason they don't eat as much of it as they did the junky dog food, which inturn means smaller yard nuggets. Woo Hoo, double bonus!

You don't say where the smell is comming from. If it comes from her rearend she might have impacted anal glands. Have you noticed her dragging her butt on the ground? A vet can take care of that for you. If it is comming from her head area it could be an infection or fungus in her ears. If it is all over she might be rolling in the grass where other dogs pee or a change of dog food might be in order. Just like when humans eat garlic or onions you can smell it on them, some dog foods do that to dogs.

I don't have any "remedies" but i do wonder if you are giving your dog the right type of bath. What I always do is I give my dog a shower. Get in a swimsuit and get in there with her. soap her up and then rinse her. Did I mention get a good smelling dog shampoo?

Clean bedding, put a sachet with lavender under bedding, use Febreeze on furniture, and use Baking Soda Based carpet deoderizer. Obviously you already bathe your dog, maybe you could put some cologne on her? I don't have any other suggestions. Burn scented candles....

After her bath & her coat is still damp, wipe her down with a Fabric Softener Sheet. She will smell so sweet & be so soft. You can also put the sheets in drawers, closets, hampers, suitcases, wastebaskets, your car....anyplace. I use "Brawn". Good Luck

Maybe you should call a vet. I know with cats, if they stink like that it is a sign of some major organ disease...I believe it was renal failure, but I'm not sure. Good luck!

Vinegar and lemon juice.....Especially if it smells like a skunk dog. You just put a dab of vinegar and a bit of lemon juice in the water and wash her really good...I think they also make doggy perfume....
