There is a story in the Bible about a guy(I think Hezekiah) that ask God for more to live. Which he was given, but him living that extra 15 years caused numerous problems for his family that never had to occur. So would you still ask for more time if you knew that the given time could effect others negatively.

Nope. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. I wouldn't want 1 extra minute here when I could be in a glorified state with the Father.

When He says it's time to go I'm outta here.

Depends upon how old you are now.

If you are in your teens you would say hay that's great.
If in your 20's you may say the same believing that the end of your life is in the distant future anyway.
If you are in your 30's it would begin to get your attention. This would be a good thing.
If in your 40's it would defiantly have your attention because you know you are just starting to figure it out so a little extra time would be great.
If you in your 50's it would depend on your health but if good you would be on your knees thanking the Lord.
If your in your 60's your health would be a major consideration as to what you thought of this.
If your are in your 70's or 80's another 15 years of life would not look so good. You may not be able to hear, Your eyes may be in bad shape, your thought processes have slowed, you may not be able to walk without assistance, and if your really very lucky you may be able to have sex once a year.

So the answer is! Depends on where you are in life.

If I were given and extra 15 years of life, I would scream and then break down sobbing for all 15 of those years. I do not want to stay in this life any longer than for which I can be helpful to others. When my job is done, I want out!
