You could be like me, and just pull it out yourself :) Or you could be smart and just go back and see the dentist. Trust me, I know how much it sucks.

there's only 2 ways of getting rid of a toothache for more than a few minutes. first is to remove the tooth. second is to remove the nerve in the center of the tooht. and yes, both involve going to the dentist.
a toothache is a sign of worse things to come so sack up and go to the dentist.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse. If you have tooth ache there are several good reasons for it and pain killers are not going to get rid of the problem. Either you have:
a tooth that is rotting at the Root,
A hole in it
Gingivitis (gum disease)
Oil of cloves will help with the pain, if you have an abscess starting use a clove of garlic(it's the strongest antibiotic in the world), hold it on the affected tooth, it always works for my patients. It stings at first but you get used to it. Do this 3 times a day.

If you have a toothache, to get temporay relief rub your gum with a clove or gently bite down on a whole clove where the aching tooth is. It will numb it and is a natural way of relieving the pain. If you prefer another method numzit or similar medicine made for teething babies works too. Of course thorough brushing and flossing will help prevent a toothache to develop.

Brush your teeth a lot, very thouroughly, and floss too, as a preventitive measure. But if you have toothache a clove put near the tooth will help. You still need to go to your dentist though, sorry!

You really should go to a dentist. Just think how you would feel if all your teeth fell out. Gross. Go to the dentist. If you want healthy teeth. You have a toothache for some reason.

I recently had my bottom wisdom teeth out and the pain i went through before the op was unbearable, i got some painkillers from the doctor first until they settled, then started using 'clove oil' you simply put in on the tooth, not on your gums and that really kills some pain and is good for the tooth too. You can get it from suparmarkets i think and a chemist.

The dentist is pretty much the only one to help and they can do a lot of things short of pulling the tooth.
If they have to do that, they can freeze you. I have seen a fellow take pliers to a friend of his, but it wasn't a pretty experience.

If you've bags under you eyes it could be the angle of your head on the pillow at night, try to sleep on your side with your chin lower than the top of your head. Use moisturiser last thing at night and first thing in the morning, when you apply it at night, apply it with fingers of both hands, working the moisturiser into your skin in small circles working upwards from the chin.
