Peter Popoff? Pat Robertson? Paul and Jan Crouch? Benny Hinn? Bob Larson? Joel Osteen? Kenneth Copeland?
Tell me more....tell me more?
How much money do they personally take in a year from the ministry? What kind of mansion do they live in? Do they have their own Lear Jet? Do they have a limosine? Do they take exotic vacations? Do they have any sex scandals?

JIMMY SWAGGERT is "THE MAN" -- nobody can touch him -- Jim Jones was never on TV -- Warren Jeffords hasn't been on national TV without the help of the FBI -- JIMMY SWAGGERT has been down, but he always get back up -- always tuning in from some rural warehouse turned church, sending out a message of hope and love to elderly alzheimers patients with fresh social security checks ready to buy their way to heaven.......CAN I GET AN AMEN!!!!........Jimmy preaches, he sings, he plays piano, and all those lessons cost money...send it in now...keep the lights on in the "Backwoods Chapel of Jesus".....

My favorite evangelist is the Reverend Dr. Billy Graham. He is on a fixed salary. He makes no more than the pastor of a large church would make. He has a housing allowance as all pastors are supposed to have. He lives in a log cabin. He and his wife built it from two old log cabins. He has no private plane. If anybody suggests that he buy one he says that Jesus didn't have one and he (Dr. Graham) doesn't need one. He flies commercial airlines in coach or business class. He has no limousine and never took an exotic vacation. There has never been any sex scandal associated with him. He never will let a woman be alone with him. He and his Team members go out in pairs and they behave like gentlemen at all times because they are Christ's representatives on this Earth. His association is audited every year and there has never been any impropriety with funds. There is no cheating anybody or lying or stealing or anything but good Christian behavior.

I loved watching Dr. Gene Scott. I don't know if he had a national ministry or not, but he was on here in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex for a very long time. Amazing entertainer. Great fundraiser. Completely different than any other television preacher ever. God rest his soul.
I used to enjoy Jim and Tammy Fae Baker.
Nobody works the television audience like Pat Robertson. I love when they get on there and do the John Edwards impression. Great stuff.

They are among the most corrupt and offensive creatures on the planet. The greed, the egos, the corruption, the materialism, are hideous and should be evidence to anyone with their eyes open that it is not God's work that they do. The guise of working for God is only the scam or smokescreen that they use to feed their own greed- greed for attention-greed for being well-known, and greed for money and material wealth.
They scam and take from the weak and ignorant and gullible who are in spiritual, emotional and all to often financial need.
This is in no way an honorable acitivity.

Pat Robertson and Bob Larsen do not fit with the others. Pat is an independently wealthy businessman-his wealth does not come from the church. Pat donates tons of money to help the poor.Bob L., is a writer and speaker( I don't agree with him). All the rest are leaches-they will suck the last drop of blood from grandma as she lays dieing. They are charlatans.

It is a toss up; Benny Hinn when he "heals" people is freakin hysterical but the warped blank smile of Joel Osteen just reeks of evil.

Pat Robertson is hilarious, although sometimes a bit scary. He is an excellent demonstration of why religious fundamentalism of any kind is harmful to society.

I would have to say Joel Osteen, I would think that air time was expensive, so in order to stay on TV, I would think they would have to ask for a donation.
