Any One knows where I could get free credit report with out signing for anything. Most of them say they re free but they want me to sign up for a credit monitoring service.

You shouldn't have to sign up for anything. This was passed recently that US citizens can get free credit reports every twelve months.

you can get fee credit reports from the big 3 credit reporting companies.DO NOT go to some website offering you a free report,because they will make you sign up for something you don't want.exprin,exquifax are the 2 i can come up with,if someone out there knows the third one please post it.thanks

AnnualCreditReport.com dosn't cost anything. It is available for a three month period, and that period varies according to the state you live in. Like I live in NC and don't have access to it until September. Once you get your credit report, it's not available again (free) until one year later. It gives you reports from 3 companies, TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax.
