It is impossible for your physical person to translate wireless signals into intelligible voices. Again: it is impossible. I know it sounds exciting and cool, but this is a myth. If you really want to listen to foreign and interesting broadcasts, go to your nearby electronics hobby shop and ask to purchase an all-band radio reciever. They will also have available a list of shortwave broadcast stations all over the world that you can choose from among to listen to.

What I'm talking about is the hobby of shortwave listening, called "SWL" for short. It can be a fascinating way to spend a couple hours a week - or a couple hours a day. It is an international hobby with very broad appeal.

There isn't a frequency that you can do that with. A fellow told me that he made a radio that broadcast at 455kHz (AM radio Intermediate frequency) and everyone in town picked him up when they listened to their radio. You can do the same iwth FM at 10.7Mhz, but the FCC wouldn't be your friend if they caught you broadcasting at either frequency!

step 1... see your dentist .. get a tune up on your braces and have him break your teeth and fill them full of activated silver..
Step 2... go to radio shack and buy a couple really decent high powered stereos..
Step 3... get into a closet at home... plug them in and blast one as loud as you can get them in each of your ears..
Step 4... yank the cords out at the same time..

In theory this should work like staring at the sun and closing your eyes.. you still see the spot, right?..
With music, I guarantee your ears will ring for days. Enjoy the headache.. the voices in my head are never much fun when they intrude on my somewhat normal existence.. consider yourself lucky..
And, stay out of my head.. you wont like what you hear.
