She needs help. She needs information from someone who had a baby at 16. Usually girls who are young and want a child is because they want someone to love them unconditionally. They are thinking in a selfish way and have NO CLUE what having a baby is like full time. She needs to get on here and tell us how she feels right now and ask "what do you think" and I guarantee, she'll get an ear full and may change her mind. Introduce her to Yahoo Q/A if she isn't already.

Tell her no kids until after she graduates and is 18 perferable after college...or just till her u ain't ready to be a daddy..
I don't know how u can get that idea out her head but if u don't want to be a daddy u better figure it out quick. If your still in school too use that or u wouldn't be able to afford a baby i don't know u better think of something..know anyone w/a baby that can give her a dose of what it would be like to have one 24/7...that she could watch the baby for a few days.
I do got a question for u,could she be saying that cause she might already be pregnant,if u and her been doing anything u might want to strait up ask her.make sure she's not already pregnant.

That's gotta be very scary. In my experience, girls want baby's because they want love or to be loved or needed. I'm not saying you dont' show love to her. Maybe she needs extra attention from her parents. This is most likely a familiy issue and you are simply a way to implement her crazy plan. She hasn't the slightest clue what is involved in caring for a baby. It's stressful, expensive, exhausting, scary. It's not a baby doll you can stick in the closet when you're bored. I would do a little research and write up a list of expenses of babies....you can easily find this on the internet. I believe baby's cost about $800 a month. Also list the responsibilities of having a baby.....like doctors visits, baby sitters, feeding, waking up in the night., etc......maybe this will whip her into reality?

you look much older than 16....I would say find a woman you age.

If you continue to date this 16 year old and she says she wants a baby ,you can bet for sure she will not take her birth control.

So make sure you use a condom..here in the US it is against the law to be older and be so called dating a 16 yr. old

agreed!! at 16, no-one is ready for a baby...if you know someone who has a young child..you might see if that child can visit for a bit...let her baby sit for a whole day or longer...at 16, I think kids see babies as dolls...when they sure aren't even close to a doll...I'd think about breaking up with her...maybe?...I mean if she really wants one..she'll have one...unless you are ALWAYS wearing a condom...which you should be regardless!!

Get somebody your age and stop messing with jail bait, then mayby you wouldn't have to worry about jail time whenever you wanna empty your teabag.
