well if your at the same college u probably have the same classes withher talk to her there,or bump into her and start a conversation with her.or u can start really slow everytime u walk past her give her a smile and a hello and u can work your way up.

Walk up to her and say hello. It's not real hard once you get that out of the way.

just walk by her or bump inot her in the hall some time, say "excuse me", and start apologizing and explaining who u r, kep talking, etc etc...
