I don't live in India, I know only alittle about their culture. So, I think it has to come from within, all the people need to decide to change, or at least the majority. What are the organizations in India that might need help? Is it a question of money or man-power, or both? Who are the people that would or do have the greatest affect with the masses? There are alot of questions that come with your question, answer those first, & then be there to expierence the problems first hand.

By curbing corruption. I know India is on top when it comes to corruption and i think if it's stopped then the weaker sections of the society can be saved as majority of the people in India are poor and mainly the politicians are corrupt who end up having public money.

Its pretty simply but need some sacrifice.
1.Young & honest minds in politics
2.All Citizens of india should be maintained a e-record(Electronic card which holds the details of his career from born,property).
3.All citizens of india should undergo a military training during their school which may increase national faith.
4.Severe rules against crime
