wish had specified what the names were. I have not heard them as I have been what you call "out of the loop". Not young enough to be into street talk and not old enough to die but it probably is insulting or funny or degrading or whatever it is meant to be as people are can be either or neither nor mean, sweet or not these days we are living in is very iffy and unpredictable. I say live and let live.

Well, I know several women with lower back Tats, and they are all wonderful people in monogamous relationships.. nothing like the stigma would suggest. IE: "Tramp stamp"

I've never heard people being called names because of where they have a tatoo. My sister has one on her lower back and she isn't a slag.
