In a month, I have been promoted and gotten a sizable raise. I wear a lot of mini skirts with higher than normal heels, and I think some of the other women are angry with me. It seems I am getting special treatment.. How can I tell and what should I do? I don't think I do anything wrong, but I am afraid other women think I am trying to seduce the boss because he has been finding ways to work closely with me.

If you really enjoy being around your boss don't worry about what the other women think. Let them be angry. You have gotten a raise and promotion, and it is probably becuase of the short skirts. If you like your boss, use the short skirts to your advantage to get more. Find ways to make the skirts ride up..and "accidentally" bump in to him a lot. Smile and wink at him when you have a chance and when the other women are not looking

People who know "literally nothing and just sits around all day expecting the government to do it all for them" aren't all black. There's plenty of white folks who do the same. You complaining about them? "These people can legit do Absolutely nothing and still get jobs just for the color of their skin." No they can't. If you get a job and do absolutely nothing you will be fired. Of COURSE people are going to call you a racist if you do anything against them. It is a simple, basic thing which requires no effort to think of and they stand at least a chance of being believed with no evidence. People do this all the time. They are looking for special treatment because they're lazy, opportunistic and self centred - none of which are exclusively black traits. You're just seeing the picture you want to see.

Be very careful. Your boss may want something out of you other than work. It's not wise to make enemies out of fellow employees either. Maybe you should save the short skirts and high heels for after work.

he is definitely flirting with you..... 101% sure of that....
i will suggest something.... don't wear too much of mini skirts, at least for some days... or dont go close with your boss... go close to your collegues.... make at least one of your collegue to understand your situation.... the word will be spread... don't worry,,,,.. hang around with your collegues more than with your boss.... or else no one will come to your help when you need it... and you will need it.. trust me.....
one day when yoru boss is bored with you, he will dump you, not only from his life but also from office and job... be aware... follow what i said.....
