I generally feel worse after a nap, especially if I let myself sleep for more than 30 minutes. The best nap for me is where I lie down and rest for about 10 minutes, actually sleep for about 5 and then get up. That makes me feel refreshed. If I sleep longer than that, I will feel groggy, depressed and irritated for hours afterwards.

When I lay down for a nap no matter how tired I am I wake up feeling worse. I try not to take naps now I go outside or get busy with something so I can't.

Naps rule! Sometimes I'll feel more drained afterwards at first, but then, after a few minutes, I am wide awake.

I have a rare disease called Polyglandular Deficiency Syndrome type II or APECED.
I have to take naps just to get through the day so it would have to be reenergizing but in my case it's never refreshing.

I dun like takin naps cause I usually feel more tired but sometimes I really cant fight the urge to relax a little...I guess it just depends on the person.
