You can create these characters by combining alt + numbers

ex:
alt + 1 + 6 + 8 = ¿

alt + 5 + 8 + 4 = ♦

alt + 4 + 8 + 3 = π

You mean like this?? é è ê

that's easy get a french keyboard.

or hold alt and type:

2434 for é
2442 for è
2440 for ê

If you are using Microsoft Word it is a bit easier than holding alt and pushing in those numbers. You hold Ctrl type the accent you want to use let go of Ctrl then just type the letter.

Hope that helps.
