I just love Salad,
A meal in it's self here is one I eat:
Example Salad
Here is a great example of a delicious healthy salad:
2 cups of green leaf lettuce
1/4 cup raw green beans
1/4 cup snap peas
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup sliced carrots
1/4 cup apple slices
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup chopped chicken breast
one chopped hard boiled egg
one ounce of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/8 cup walnut pieces
lemon and lime wedges
This salad would have lots of vitamins, antioxidants, phytochemicals and fiber, and comes in at just under 400 calories. Serve this salad with a glass of iced-herbal tea or a big glass of sparkling water with lemon.
Salads can be changed and adapted to any diet. Choose low carb green vegetables for low carb diets and use low-fat or no dressing for low-fat diets. Choose the lowest calorie ingredients if you are watching your calories. Keep lots of salad fruits and vegetables on hand and you can create salads several times per week. Change the ingredients to create completely different flavors, and you will never get bored with healthy salad meals.

I love it too, but unfortunately I enjoy all the ones that are bad for me, I love warm chicken and bacon salad with balsamic vinegar, I love Caesar salad but my favourite is the Zinger salad from KFC. Although it doesn't sound like I eat healthly I actually do, I eat lots of normal salad as well with no cheese or dressings so in short I love the stuff!!

It's very healthy and you can eat it your way.Add some salad dressing and you have delicious salad with your barbecue.

I love salad. tomatoes and lettuce, cucumbers are my favorite. sometimes I add celery, radishes or olives. whats good about a salad is that you Can use anything you want. you can make it fruit, vegetables or even meats. yum!!!!

I love salad....Coleslaw salad, spinach salad, bean salad, tossed green salad, Ceasar salad , fruit salad, Waldorf salad, rocket salad, tomatoe salad, pearl barley salad , beetroot salad, pasta salad, taco salad, ..Oh and Tabouli and rice salad and Asian noodle salad and tofu salad and mixed vegie salad .

salad is the mirical meal. there are millions of varieties, fruit veg warm cold, w/ meat/ w/out, w/ cheese, w/out cheese, think of all the dressings, and lettuces, or potatoe or pasta. I LOVE SALAD

i like almost all salads!!!! but my favorite ones are with fruit like strawberry, mandarin oranges, grapes, nuts, like a summer salad,,,,, i eat about 5 salads a week,,,,, just taste so good!!! for dressing, i like ranch or blue cheese,,,
