My boyfriend travels for karate and his ex is on his team. He says that he doesn't like her but he can't be rude because they have to work together. My problem is, she's hot and she still likes him and has tried to get with him while we were together. Even though I trust him I don't trust her. What can I do to stop worrying about her when he leaves.

If she is hot you might be hotter then her thats why your BF is with you.
Trust in yourself is a must to trust others.
Be detached and dont think much about them.

Jealousy is about lack of trust and in part about possession and control.
If your have full trust in him then any advance by this girl will be useless.
Be open and tell him of your concern.
Think about the nature and degree of trust that you have. Is it sufficient to sustain your relationship.

the thing is this. plain and simple and this is what parents say about their kids having sex at an early age. if something is going to happen.. its going to happen. you have no control over it. worry about stuff you CAN control. you cannot control another person. i know it is not an easy situation to be in. but if something DId happen. better for it to happen before you get more serious than after. at least you know the persons characater ahead of time.

That's one of our human emotions that takes control of you and you can't fight. You've got to trust the one your with and not feel he/she is messing around when their not with you.
