They don't if I'm around...

All over world, not only US, UK, but all across globe:

1. Women never sleep over the stomach
2. Only 10% time they sleep on back.
3. 60% time on left side,
4 Remaining 30% on right side.

These are results of asking several patients and averaging out, as i too had similar curiosity once upon a time.

There is no single best answer to this question. Women, like men, are individuals. They shift position, lie on one side or the other, and may lie on the back.

My wife, who has congestion from allergies, usually likes her head well elevated, with as many as three pillows supporting it. She also has pillows just about everywhere else due to arthritis.

There is no general answer to this question. I have been married twice. My first wife usually slept on her back and was a much sounder sleeper than I was and a sounder sleeper than my present wife. I am a sounder sleeper than my present wife.

She says I snore, but I know from hearing her that she does too.

I think they sleep just like men too, same species ...

I sleep in anyway depending on how i feel, if i'm really tired, i sleep on my back crossing my legs, one over the other( weird i know ) , but sometimes i don't. Maybe in the middle of the night, i may switch to lying on my tummy facing the wall while resting my head on my hand, so my head doesn't sink into the pillow and suffocate me ( !! ) And otherwise i sleep on my sides , but seldom, because it sometimes makes my shoulders and arms hurt at night . i don't like sleeping on the edges or sides of my bed because i used to fall, and besides the middle is more comfy .

Well, I sleep like a fish out of water. I flip all over the place and sometimes end up on my right side.

depends on the person, how does it leads her life. Like anybody else, some lay on the stomach while others on the back, the right position that is comfortable. But still why do you ask?
