Has black feathers and yellow beak, Tropical Bird and its still a baby and its the size of your fist

They say it can talk

I've search the Google and no birds like maina

It was bought in Philippines and has a Normal Beak
(Not the Tucan more like an African Love bird only bigger XP)

It's a Mynah ... very cheeky, very lovable ... will steal anything shiny! Watch it! It will learn to talk best if it is in your company most of the time and you talk to it as if you are talking to a human. They can imitate all kinds of sounds (including a phone ringing).

By the way, it is very sad that, in the Philippines many species of birds and animals are now extinct because of people catching them in the wild to sell as pets, destroying their habitat, and killing them indiscriminately for food and medicine and pleasure.

Yes, I believe you are talking about a "toucan". Look at the link below and see if that is what you are talking about.

Generally it takes a long time and a very old bird, before you can teach it to talk.

Sounds like a mynah bird. There are actually at least 4 types of mynahs. Sound like you are talking about the "hill mynah". These are able to talk and it is better to start teaching them to talk as babies. I recommend that you go to www.mynahbird.com

It's a mynah. There are a lot of varieties, some black and some brown, but the most common pet mynahs are black.
