my present weight is 75 kg and i want to reduse this up to 64-65 kg
my height is 5.6 ft according that i required 64-65 kg weight

Do you want to loose the weight so that you feel good about your self or because you have a set of standards. I really think that we all push ourselves too much to be so small. But I do have a remedy. Eat 6 small meals a day and exercise 2 times a day for at least 30 Min's to an hour. And do this for 2-6 weeks. You should loose 20-30 pounds. Keep in mind that you should be eating LOW carbohydrate foods

You know what, the simplest formula is this, if you work more than you eat, you will lose weight. However, if you eat more than you work, you will gain weight. Having said this, just stay away from oily, fatty, and any unhealthy food. Stick to plenty of vege, beans, fruits and white meat. Exercise regularly and you should see some result.

Stop consume eggs or meat,
be relaxes every time
consume fish which have scale
eat many tomatoes
eat many cucumbers
eat much green vegetables
drink mininum 1,5 litres water a day
do not consume any sugar

smaller plates smaller portions and light exercise without someone screaming at you at a gym but 1st you need a Healthy mind to have a healthy body only you can tell your body eat less to be less ! damn thats a fine quote isn't it .

why do you use kg and 5.6ft
instead of lbs. and ft.
or kg and m. ?

what i do is............ when i wanna lose weight ibuy a really strong gum, mint flavored and chew it all day, it makes me not wanna eat........

exercise..diet..worked for my professor!! :D last year he was like fat and then over the summer..he exercised and stuff and now he's like..u get the drift..:D heheh!!
