Ride the N Train from Manhattan to Brooklyn. Lots of wild stuff on the buildings in Chinatown.
Check out the PS 1, The Institute for Contemporary Art in Long Island City. Amazing example.

I'm assuming you mean 'everywhere', and have also watched too many reruns of "Welcome Back, Kotter". New York does not have graffiti "everywhere" by any means.
