same goes with me its very difficult to gain.. i hv done every possible method to gain weight.but faild dont worry lean and thin look is in fasion people spend thousnds of rupees,time energy in gym.we are god gifted many ladies are jealous of me and they ask me how do i manage to be to fit and sexy the best part is thin people can wear all kinds of dresses

My advise; don;t follow the rule of not doing anything and just eat. It's not healthy. The first, I would advise to go to your doctor. That way before taking any advise from know it alls in here, you made sure, your health comes first and you are ok. You're not going to get some medication. You're going to get a check up to see all is well.
Next, you can't just put wieght on like that in five days and stuffing ones face with chocolate would do more harm. It will raise your sugar levels and u might get gain something but it won't be healthy, and you don't want to start creating habits eating chocolates but eating healthy food.
Now, I would advise, to eat three times a day. In each meal, have a milk shake you make yourself. Not buy from somewhere. Most importantly add milk for your bones and it has also protien: So:
In morning it could be
1. Milkshake by adding in your blender, half pint of milk, bananas, and add what you like, like apples, strawberries. Make it healthy. No sweets or chocolate.
2. Two slice of bread with cheese. Ot toast with eggs and tomatoes.
That's started you off with the morning. You can add more if you wish.
Then in afternoon have a full meal and again, add some milk shake drink. Maybe in morning, have enough milk shake ready for you to take with you.
3. Your tea, again a full meal with milk shake.
4. Have a snack, no sweats, crisps. Maybe some fruits.
While do this, do some excercise. It helps with your metabolism and you put weight on healthly. Excercise is important for you and it will keep you fresh and eat better, and make your mind clearer.
The main thing is, don't rush putting wieght on. Do this naturally so you don't harm your body. Do this with food not sweets because you need to take care of your heart, sugar levels. Have yourself eating the meals everyday, reguralar, make it into a habit slowly and you'll get there.
And always thing positive. Don't compare yourself with anyone. Your you, YoUnique, no one like you, so be yourself and do it for you.

If you want to gain weight, fast food and a lot of junk food will do just that. But if you skinny and weak, a healthy diet and love for exercise will get you feeling good about your body in no time.

First of all ignore the advice given previously apart from the one before me.
Keep cardio going but do it for your heart health because if you're going to gain weight you want to make sure your heart will cope with the extra weight. Do gym workouts to keep your muscles, tendons, ligaments and bones strong because if you don't and you gain weight that is too much for your skeletal system you're going to run the risk of dislocations, muscle/tendon/ligament tears, horrible injuries.
As for nutrition, eat QUALITY food unless you want to be a Sumo Wrestler and don't give a crap about your health and how long you're going to live. If you just want to get fat then do what ever. If you want to put on quality weight and keep healthy then feed your body proper nutrition and exercise.

If you need to gain weight in 5 days, I would suggest eating foods with a lot of sodium. Salt bloats you and makes you hold on to water, which makes you weigh more.
For a more long term solution, I would increase your protein and carbohydrate intake. Eating lots of meat and pasta or bread would do the trick probably.

eat,sleep and be extremely happy that u are going to add weight. eat lots of fatty food with high caloric value,after eating sit around watching TV for sometime so that u don't get stomach upset then when u get bored go and sleep make sure u at least have four high calorie meal a day.have good time weight gaining!!

It depends if you just want fat then just eat thousands of calories worth of pasta if you want to gain muscle it's hard to gain much weight in short time.

It's a very interesting question, how to gain weight in 5 days??
Well, here I would like to say, there is no magic wand which will help you to gain weight in very less time. Even though, you can gain the weight in lesser time.
First of all you have to follow a diet chart, i.e. you have to make your diet chart and according to that plan you need to click on every thing step by step.
Your diet chart must included, an healthy calorific regimen which should show every thing i.e. your daily intake of iron, calcium, potassium, proteins, vitamins, and carbohydrates etc.
The following chart you should follow to gain weight in 5-10 days, I am sure, you will feel the difference after following this:
-Drink 1/2 - 1 litre of water early in the morning with honey.
-Follow a breakfast full of Dietry fibres.
-In the morning you can take, milk, almond porridge, whole fruit (no juices), butter and bread etc.
-The number of repititons of your food intake should be more, that will add huge calorific value to your body.
-Eat dairy products, as well as almonds, cashews, nuts etc. to gain maximum calories.
-Drink at least 3-4 litres of water every day to make every thing in order to have proper digestion.
-Say no no to areated drinks, go for drinks full of milk contents etc...
-Junk food can let you gain some weight but it is not recommended.
-Go for some weight excercises, as it will add mass to ur muscles as well as help in gaining some weight.
-Eat highly protein diet, i.e. go for soyabeans.
-Eat whole fruits instead for fruit juices.
If you follow, this diet chart for 5-10 days, I am sure no body
can stop you in gaining weight.
Be free, and do not forget to go for morning/evening walk.

Chocolate isn't the answer. you want to eat alot of carbohydrates. That is what is stored as fat. It is that last thing to be digested therefore it is the one that stays in your body that longest so you will gain more weight. the large amounts of chocolate and candy will just make you sick.

Just do the exact opposite as you would to LOSE weight.
-DON'T exercise
-DO eat lots of food, make sure you eat four meals a day
- DO sit around and relax
That's pretty much all you can do to gain weight.
DO nothing & eat MORE
Just don't let it get out of your hands, and become OVERWEIGHT.

Drink a glass of banana-with-dates juice three times a day before each meal you'll defintely gain weight. you know put like two bananas and 5 dates in the mixture and drink them before each meal...wish you the best of luck :)
