You should go the doctor to get it checked out, it's not normal.

Ok, it's simple. You need to eat first. Eat Carbohydrates, a few hours before you excercise. And don't do too much excercise straight away. Build up to it, start small then week after week, do more. Remember, your body isn't use to it if you haven't done excercise for a while. Take each step at a time.

The first is, eat carbs because it gives you energy. Also drink a lot of water because when you excercise your body heats up, so you sweat, and what the body is doing there is cooling itself down. Now, if you haven't had a lot of water to drink, then you're not going to feel great. Also if you haven't eat properly, then you're going to feel sick, and even dizzy.

After your excercise, make sure you drink water. Don't go drinking sugary stuff. It's not good for your body. You want water. Then you need to go home and take some protien intake.

Eat a lot of fruit. Have a well balanced diet. Build your body with good food, to give you the energy and stability that your body needs. Maybe get some kind of program sorted for yourself.

Get yourself a diary, and design a program, with meals too, and follow it, nice and easy.

Hope the above is helpful.

Exercise induced nausea is a feeling of sickness or vomiting which can occur shortly after exercise has stopped as well as during exercise itself. It may be a symptom of either over exertion during exercise, or from too abruptly ending an exercise session. People engaged in high intensity exercise such as aerobics and bicycling have reported suffering from exercise induced nausea. A study of 20 volunteers conducted at Nagoya University, Japan associated a higher degree of exercise induced nausea after eating. It has been suggested that exercise induced nausea could be caused by increased endorphin levels, which are released while exercising. Endorphins have been associated with nausea and vomiting, so this theory is plausible, but unsupported by evidence
be sure you are drinking Gatorade or similar to replace electrolytes and fluids lost , dehydration can also cause nausea.

You may just be overworking yourself. Try kicking it down a notch for a while and build up. Make sure to hydrate as well, because not having enough water in you when working out leads to all sorts of problems. Also remember to not workout right after you eat, but you shouldnt be hungry either. Hope that helps!

There are many reasons why you feel like throwing up. You may be working too hard, working on a full stomach, working out on no proper nutrition feed to the body, dehydrated causing your temperature to raise too high just to name a few. Maybe your ex passed by when you were training? hehe, oops.

If none of these sound like you then maybe you want to go to your doctor and just explain what's going on.

It is essential to feed the body proper nutrition, especially when one commits themself to an exercise program.

Let me know how it goes. Send me an email if you want from my free website for health and weight management. www.freewebs.com/sfhsnz/

Good luck and hope it works out for you.

I'm not sure whether I understand this question correctly... you exercise and then you feel like throwing up?

If that's the case, then maybe you ate something before you exercised? Don't eat for at least an hour before exercising.

If you exercise too hard, then that can cause you to feel like vomiting. Take it easy.

Its called a chemical build up in your body. That happens if you arent active for awhile. There is no other way for it to leave your body except throw it up. Think of it as : at least you are getting it out of your system. Its good for you to get it out.
