The short answer is He can speak any language He chooses. I suspect He has a "native" language which would also be spoken by the angels.
This is a very important question because if you understand it you will see the difficulty God has in communicating to us. When God communicates with us He uses our language so that we can at least somewhat understand Him. Unfortunately, this is extremely difficult as one can see by simply trying to translate between two human languages. For example, when I speak to foreign women (I live in a country foreign to where I was born and raised), they sometimes tell me a phrase in their language does not translate well into English. This is true even if they speak and understand English as well as I do (meaning they can speak and respond without any apparent translation time). Now when you consider that the Bible says such things as: even our righteousness is as filthy rags, our hearts are deceitful above all things, the way that seems right to us leads to death, etc. God will have much trouble in explaining His concepts using our language because our language will be inadequate (because we are so different from Him). For example, our concept and definition of love is probably very different from the concept that God is trying to convey to us. But given the limitations, our word "love" is the best translation. Unfortunately, people usually do not realize it is inadequate and simple use the human concept of love. To get a better idea of what God really means one must read about His actions, I'd suggest the Bible for that.

Here is an interesting answer which I am intent on boring you all to death with!!
I was working in Saudi Arabia!
Muslims (as you may know) don't believe that that the Messiah has yet come to visit us!
A religious group took over a Holy Mosque some where in the Mecca region , and proclaimed that their leader was in fact the messiah.
It had already been 'proclaimed' that one of the 'attributes'
of the Messiah was the 'fact' that his words would be understood throughout the world!!
They were because of world wide coverage by the media.
So what did the Saudis do ?? They killed the lot of them, either shot at scene or publicly beheaded them!
This is not a fairy tale, it is a fact, check it out!!
So in theory at least he will be understood by all Nations, therefore language is no barrier!
But as a complete and utter atheist I am sure 100% that the whole thing is complete and utter BS!!
I think I have answered your original question and you have also received even more knowledge on the side, what more could you need, join us none believers and stop worrying about such trivia.

Spanish of course as it is a powerful language, but on the other hand it might be Swedish as it is a language of action quite similar to English, but English is a too new language about 1557 years old.
