Oh boy this is a challenge.
My normal breaking of the fast is at about 4 am.I have been known to eat a can of sardines or a cold curry.Toast and yeast extract is more normal.6am will be the fried breakfast time using a few of the traditional items mixed together on toast with lots of tomato sauce.Sometimes cereals may be eaten also.
10am This is a top up third breakfast where the choice becomes a little bit bizarre, ranging from a stir-fry of all last nights leftovers to a boil in the bag kipper.
I think I have possibly given an extreme example but I hope I have given you a few ideas.
Excuse me now as I have to buy a new set of weigh-scales as the ones I have only go up to 20 stones and I have to be nearly 23.
I hope you get a good few answers.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.I don't skip it neither any other meal. You can't concentrate on an empty stomache.I eat cereals like Corn Flakes or Weetbix or sometimes my mom makes pot porrige.I don't eat a large amount though.I have learnt that diet is not the way to get slim.If you wanna lose weight then eat small portions. Not that small and eat slowly. The faster you eat the more hungry you still will be.So take note of your food.Look at it, feel it, smell it and taste it and be interested in the food infront of you.

I always have a tough time trying to get up in the morning, so breakfast is only limit to the days when i'm not late.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is important to keep us going the whole day. Usually, I have 2 Chinese buns with meat fillings for breakfast, with a cup or two of coffee. :)
