you know the whole love hate thing isn't that clear cut. I used to hate it until I was about 20 then I loved it and had it all the time. Now I kind of like it can take it or leave it. I make sure i have it quite regularly because of the B vitamins keep me from turning into an un-hinged hormonal nightmare!

Really good on toast with cheese spread like laughing cow or dairylea mixed in....
Or, stick a spoonful in your baked beans and then melt in as you heat it.
Or, marmite on toast, scrambled egg on top - incredible!

I'll answer for my son here too, who is 4 - it kept him alive for 6 months, as it was the only thing he'd eat!!!

Love it :) marmite sandwiches can survive anything, they don't go soggy or dry or whatever if you have to make them in the morning and take them with you for lunch!

Love it!
Those of you that hate it, try speading thin amounts of it on toast rather than a thick layer.
Those of you who hate it because of its smell, I agree the smell can be off-putting but it tastes a whole lot better!
