She is starting today and will stop the 2nd day of august. sum 1 i kno is doing it. and it's really freaking me out. i kno sum 1on here will go on and on about how it's not healthy n stuff n that i need to tlk to her and she needs to get some help fron a doctor or sumthin. I just need to kno if that would work or not. i think she said sumthin bout after she finishes it that she is going to just eat veggies for a while........who knos? but plz help.......and is that going to work?

This is a horrendous diet. Yes, she will probably lose weight.
