Do you have a female dog??? If so, your dog may not be bleeding from the rectum but from her vulva because she is in heat.
If you have a male, your dog may have worms (if loose stool is also happening with the blood)
Obviously though, if you are not sure, seek a vet out right away. Even if your dog is just in heat, you sound like you need more information on how to raise a dog. By the way, if it is worms, you still need medication from a vet because most of those "supermarket" wormers you can find at wal-mart and such places do not take care of worms very well.

Take your dog to the Vet, don't even bother with an appointment. Your dog needs to be seen immediately.

Yeah. I think the best thing you can do is take your dog to a VET. The sooner, the better.

Vet ASAP, that could be very very serious, it could be cat flu, liver failure, and anything else but it is urgent that you get him there or you could lose him Hurry Girl
