i am the youngest of four sisters.My second eldest sister is getting married tomm,we are so happy for her bec she says she,s never been so happy in her whole life and that she feel like a queen with this guy.Last nite i saw my third sister ******* my future brother-inlaw.They don,t know i saw them.Ilove all my sisters,and i know definitly this will brake our bond if i must say.What do i do,it,s tearing me apart.they act like nothing happen.How long has this been going on.

You MUST tell your engaged sister... what kind of sister would you be if you let her enter into a marriage under false pretenses. This guy is obviously a firkin' @sshole! He doesn't deserve her. If he truely loved her, he would never have cheated, especially with another family member!!!
Yes, it's going to be tumultuous for your family, and yes you may even break your bond with one or more of your sisters... but how can you live with yourself if you say nothing? Especially once your engaged sister finds out?
Don't let her go through that pain... break it to her now before it's too late!!!!!

I would confront the sister that you saw. Tell her that if she cared for your sister, she wouldn't have done that in the first place. I'd also get the future hubby, and I'd get him alone, if for a second, and whisper in his hear, that you saw them. Then say out loud, come clean, or else.
I guess if they're really in denial, this whole thing could turn on you, that's why I would only confront the two you saw involved. Also, I'd talk to the priest. Are you guys Catholic? He would be able to help you in this situation.
If all else fails, well, you might as well take it to your grave, because your sister getting married says she's the happiest she's ever been, why take that away from her.
Maybe the guy is a really big jerk, but If you say nothing, it will come out, sooner or later.

Holy sh*t, Now that must have been a bummer. Go and talk to your sister, (the *****) and tell what she is doing is wrong. No that's no good. If your sister gets married, no one knows that the guy won't cheat again. So the best thing is to find a way to break it off.

Confront the third sister.Tell her if she doesn't stop then you'll have no choice but to tell the eldest sister yourself.Let it her know that this is not alright with you.It has to stop!
