Im going fishing around midnight near middle ohio. Anyone know what bites around then, what bait i should use, etc. etc.?

If you have an illuminated bobber, this works wonders for attracting fish.

Another idea is a stink bait. This will also attract fish.

Use a bell on your pole, or take a regular bobber and attach it to the line under the fishing rod. Make sure you twist the hook. It will drag the line tight, and when a fish strikes it, the bobber will bounce off the rod, making a "crack" sound. Since the hook is twisted to the side, you can reel in without difficulty.

Easiest way is tight line fish for catfish. Use stink baits or liver.

Actually I believe that slow rolling a big chartruse or white willow leaf blade spinnerbait might get u hooked with a nice Ohio lunker largemouth.

shrimp is a very good bait for night fishing.

use bait that the fish can see easy. something bright in dark water.

in ohio i would use night crawlers
