i am married 31 years old, no kids, really i want to increase my breast size atleast upto 34" plase suggest me.
and how to control my hair fall.

Why do you want to do this. Breast size doesn't really matter at all, and all you are doing is falling for the "Beauty Myth" which is pure folly.

you can't control your hair fall completely! you can just buy loads of special treatments, that cost a fortune!
you can not increase your breast size, no special diets or work outs will help, there all bullsht. but you can buy special bras that will make 'em look bigger if you want...

It needs hormonal increse. for that u have 2 be in love with some1 n ask him to press ur breast regularly ok.
